Meditation

There is medical evidence which shows that meditation helps relieve our subjective levels of anxiety and depression and improve attention concentration and overall psychological well-being. Although you need to be careful what you listen to as some meditation tracks can have the opposite effect. ​

Studies have shown that meditation can help preserve the aging brain, reduce activity in the brain's "me centre" (monkey mind), rival antidepressants for depression and anxiety, improve concentration and attention, reduce anxiety and social anxiety and help with addiction. [Forbes 2015]
