Meditation

In our hectic lives, we need to take time out and relax. We need to learn to still our monkey mind, which, sometimes cannot keep quiet. This doesn't mean that you need to push every thought out of your head, it means you need to give your mind something to focus on, whether it be a piece of beautiful music that you let your thoughts drift along to, you focus on your breathing or, if you really struggle with this, in the next sections are other distractions which may help you relax.

Fun Stuff

Well the fun stuff page is about connecting with other communities to see how others have fun. There are the professional gamers community on Minecraft, the fitness section which connects to some exercises getting those endorphins flowing, making you happy (but don't go too mad to start with if you're not a natural exercise lover!). There are also links through to some music of different genres so that you can lose yourself in the music, which ever way floats your boat! I'm also looking to put some short pod casts on there for word of the week and inspirational writing, so watch this space!
